Administrative Assistant & Front Desk Receptionist

Helpside is seeking an individual who loves working with people to solve problems. They will manage the front desk and will support company leaders with a variety of critical administrative tasks. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in guests and provide them with excellent customer service. Common requests include:
    • Payroll, individual paycheck, and document pick up.
    • New employee onboarding support.
    • Employee technology support.
    • Spanish language support.
  • Assist executives with administrative tasks which may include:
    • Arranging travel and accommodations.
    • Meeting scheduling and support.
    • Creating reports.
    • Communicating with clients and their employees.
    • Managing outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Assist the Client Account Management team with a variety of client services tasks which may include:
    • Responding to client questions via email, chat, or phone.
    • Providing support when team members are out of office.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Dynamic, personable, friendly, and professional.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
