About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our rapidly growing sales team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting sales operations, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling our agents to deliver an exceptional client experience. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales and the broader sales organization to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a process for streamlining health plan underwriting.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations and contracts.
- Assign sales leads to agents and track follow-up progress.
- Manage client contracts from initiation through completion.
- Assist agents with Salesforce.com to ensure accuracy of sales reports, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Train sales agents on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Keep the team organized, aligned, and ready to close deals.
- Support continuous improvement of sales operations and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, B2B sales operations, or sales administration.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
